Kitchen Design
2D3D Design has been designing, building, renovating and remodeling for over 30 years. A remodel of the designer’s home kitchen and her love of cooking inspired her specific interest in excellent kitchen design. Any reno can be lengthy, daunting and complex so we saw the need for a professional design team to create the type of kitchens that our clients dream of. We guarantee that you will have a well designed, superior workspace to enjoy cocktails, meals and special gatherings with your family and friends for years to come.
Bath Design
Who does not love a steaming shower or a hot soaking bath with a fabulous dressing room to start your day looking like your amazing self? Your bathroom is utilized many times daily and it should be a sacred, clean and organized space for you to get ready for your days or evenings. We recommend and assist you with selecting the materials and fixtures that suit your needs. We love to create beautiful and functional bathrooms for our beautiful and successful clients.
3D RENDERINGS + CAD PLANS
Having a visual image of what your remodel will look like is paramount to selling a project and putting our clients at ease. Being a former illustrator, Rosanne will create 3D renderings of your project for you to approve prior to starting the more detailed planning. Along with inspirational images and design boards, these visuals are key for you and our team to have a clear vision of the outcome of your remodel. We complete construction documents, CAD plans and elevations for your build out.
REMODELS
We will take on your entire job! As you know, one thing leads to another, so if you want to remodel your apartment or home, we are a one stop shop. We design furniture fabricated by our master artisans, custom closets and doors, even hardware and artworks. We oversee production until project completion. Our remodels include new and refinished floors, walls, doors, saddles, counters, tile, fixtures and every detail of the hundreds of selections that need attention. We specialize in color for final paint finishes to marry your design with the hard objects it surrounds.
SITE VISITS + CONSULTATION
Our site visits are complimentary and a must for proper measurements and a realistic vision of the space in 3D. We believe it is imperative to stand in your shoes to understand your space during that initial visit. After careful contemplation, we write a proposal for the work to be completed by our design team. Then we move forward with a contract as discussed and agreed with our client. We also offer written consultations if you simply are interested in our design ideas or help with plans for your project.
